Join us at the Penbay Chapter’s fall dinner meeting. The meeting will be held at the Sail, Power, Steam Museum, 75 Mechanic Street Rockland, Maine on Thursday, November 6th. 

Social time starts at 1730, pizza and salad will be provided for dinner and BYOB. We will have a brief business meeting and a guest speaker, David Gelinas from the Penobscot Bay & River Pilots to speak about the Bar Harbor court case. David and Lindsey will also give an overview of all of the changes to the pilotage system here in Maine over the past couple of years.
