Maine Maritime Academy Houston Alumni Chapter will be hosting a Houston Maritime Center & Museum lecture and post-event social. The lecture will be given by Rear Admiral James Watson, USCG (Ret.) who will highlight his new book titled ZERO POINT FOUR: How U.S. Leadership In Maritime Will Secure America’s Future.  The book explores the impact on the economy and national security with the US flag making up less than 0.4% of the global fleet, down from over 50% during WWII.
