Today Sodexo teamed up with regimental student staff to host a movie night. They served everyone’s favorite snacks, including jalapeno poppers, mini tacos, fries, and similar comfort foods. Many ran out very quickly as students claimed their favorites and gathered with their friends or went to watch A Christmas Story.
As always, training continues and we’re making the most of those last stretch of cruise. MIDN Estebo checked the voltage of a wall outlet and elsewhere, the Starboard rescue boat lowered to the water during a man overboard drill.
Today we also underwent Covid surveillance testing to ensure that all MIDN are healthy before our arrival to Port Canaveral. We are happy to report that there were no positive cases! Thank you everyone for being so careful in St. Croix!
