Training for mariners with applicable duties aboard passenger vessels. Individuals will learn about lifesaving tools, control plans, mustering techniques, and how to assist passengers to muster stations. 

Learn to assist passengers in emergency situations, control passenger responses, and the tools for effective communication.

This two-hour course is being offered by Lisa Burton at MMA’s Bucksport campus. This awareness level class introduces the hazards of lithium-ion batteries as well as the challenges they bring to firefighters, fire service organizations, and the communities in which they serve.
